Karen’s years of managing human resources at Citigroup and Reader’s Digest grounds her approach in the reality of organizational life. During her 15 years of consulting, Karen’s blend of intelligence, insight and integrity has made her a trusted partner to a wide range of organizations, from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals to World Wrestling Entertainment.
Karen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Boston College. She is a former adjunct professor at Fairfield University’s Graduate School of Business.
When she isn’t working, Karen participates in sprint triathlons and looks for reasons to be outdoors with her family.
